Independent project collaboration

Useful work,
well scoped.

I take on a small number of practical, remote projects for nonprofits and community organisations—one clear piece of work at a time.

Why this exists

Projects is a personal, pro bono initiative. I am an IIT graduate with postgraduate training in development management and, after a full professional career, I now have time to take on a limited number of practical remote projects for community organisations. I simply wish to contribute usefully, one clearly defined project at a time.

For organisations with an occasional project that would benefit from an extra pair of hands, without the need for a permanent arrangement.

Kinds of projects

Practical support
for the work behind the work.

How it works

A simple, considered process.

01

Tell me about the project

Send a short note describing what you need, the intended result, and your deadline.

02

We clarify the scope

If it looks like a good fit, we agree on a defined outcome, timescale, and way of working.

03

The work gets done

The project is completed and handed over. There is no expectation of an ongoing arrangement.

A good fit

Defined projects, mutual clarity.

Each enquiry is considered independently. Work may be volunteer, pay-what-you-can, or paid, depending on the scope and circumstances. Urgent, indefinite, or sensitive-data-heavy requests usually need a different arrangement.

One project at a time

Clear scope.
Useful outcome.

Each project is considered independently, with a shared understanding of what needs to be done.
